iPad Pro iPad Pro shows 4g signal after recovery (no SIM card in the device)

Hello together,

I just sold my iPad Pro 2020 Cellular - here I noticed something mysterious: I removed the SIM card and restored the device.Directly on the installation process start screen 4G signal is displayed despite removed SIM card. A PIN query does not appear. There was also no E-SIM activated on the device. Even after repeated execution of the restore, this phenomenon was observed. Is this normal?

No, it sounds like a bug in iPadOS.
