This is an interesting engineering test but has little relevance for the everyday user.

Though it would've been interesting to know which other devices are better that the two tested. For example: both have only fair drag latency. Is there a tablet which scored excellent at that test?

i agree. Apple have always been about the user experience, not what's under the hood.
