Just bought a brand new Ipad Pro, also purchased the smart case. on the second day it asked for my Apple ID, and kept rejecting it. I tried a dozen times and it didn't work. I then went to the Apple store and in front of the rep showed him on my Iphone the same apple id/password worked, so they said the software needed an update.
Then that night, I was awoken to the terrible sound of a million emails flying in at once. "bing, bing, bing." when I looked, I received one email and Outlook app was coming on the screen and beeping non-stop. Clearly some type of glitch, and when I picked up the Ipad to investigate and pulled smart case off, as some as they disconnected the Ipad powered down.
So, knowing I spent a ton of dough on the case/ipad, and they have very short return policies, any guess as to if the problem is with the Ipad, the case, outlook app?
