Got an used iPad Pro 2nd gen, it's a pretty nice object, it came with the Magic Keyboard (or whatever it is called the foldable enclosure with a built in keyboard) and a pencil, unfortunately it got no use in the last months if not years and apparently the pencil's battery is dead, I guess there is no way to revive it (unpaired and paired again, rebooted iPad, cleaned contact surfaces, you name it...), it shows in the bluetooth devices when I connect it but the charge doesn't move from 0%.

For the iPad Pro 2 is there any third party option or better to go genuine and, in the latter case, which is the correct replacement for my iPad gen?

Thank you

In checking out the Apple Pencil Pro 2 , it was introduced in May 2024. It has a one year warranty. You could try and bring it back to Apple it might still be under warranty.
