All iPads ipad release

Everybody thinks that the new iPads will be announced around October 21st but I've been reading on a couple sites that ming-chi-kuo thinks it will be earlier in October. What do you guys think?

Ming would have predicted everything from Oct 7, 14, 21 and 28 sometime in the past 8 months. No reason to believe her.
