iPad reminder/alarm App

Hi

I'm putting up an iPad in a kitchen of a restaraunt and I'm looking for an iPad app which every 30 mins pops up an message saying "vash hands" (for the employes).
Kinda like the calendar app alarm, but i would like to make a custom alarm sound.
By the way, the pop-up message should work even when the iPad is in the safari app/iPod app/Apple remote app.
Anyone know a nice app wich would do the job? (money is no problem - it dosen't have to be free)

well, I had one such alarm in mind that would do this, but I dont get the name in mind, but you can count on me, I ll be telling you the name as soon as I locate it, actually i myself just saw it and didnt ask the name so will have to look for it!
