iPad remote app

iPad, iTunes and Remote are all updated.

I created a new playlist on the MacBook Pro from the Remote app on the iPad. I'm searching for a specific song, but I'm browsing by ARTIST. Remote then organizes the songs under that artist by album. I can't see songs by that artist that have no album assigned.

Is there a setting I'm missing to show ALL songs by an artist instead of songs with an album field filled in?

(Again, iTunes library on MBP, but being controlled by iPad Remote app)
