After holding firm on my "I'm going to wait for the 2nd Gen iPad" mantra for 6 months, I finally broke down and ordered an iPad. A few more friends have gotten them so I've had a chance to play with them more. And I got jealous. lol.

So I finally got one. I still plan on getting the new one when it comes out and sell this one or give it to someone in my family but I hope the new one doesn't come out until June! lol.

You won't regret it. I also did not jump on the bandwagon when the iPad first came out and in fact did not get mine until the summer. LOVE it.

I'm sad to say that I don't even remember the date that the iPads were first released. I got mine on 14 Feb 2010, and haven't looked back. I love my iPad. I even use it more than my iMac.
