ipad retina charging problem

Ipad retina will not charge after downloading iOS 8.02. Any help appreciated.

Have you verified that it's not the charger itself by chance? Weird that an OS update would cause no charging. Have you done a soft reset just to make sure the battery meter is accurate? I can see them getting messed up after an OS update.
