iPad return policy

Hi, preordered a new iPad wifi from Apple and it's arrived (though I won't be able to get it until Monday). I'm thinking of returning it and getting the LTE version instead. Does anyone know what's Apple's return policy on the iPad, specifically whether I can still return it after I've opened the box and turned it on?

I have March 30th to decide.

30 days to return, and i believe if open it's a 10% restocking fee. Could be wrong.

Yes, you can return it to them for a full refund, even if you have opened it. Just bring it back within 14 days. There's no restocking fee or anything, just a full refund.

Wrong on both, at the Apple store it's 14 days and there is no restocking fee.

14 day return policy from the time you "received the device". This receives means for online orders the clock starts ticking when FedEx delivers not
From the time ordered.

No restocking fee on any of apple's hardware even if opened. But you must have original packaging and it must be in like new condition if opened.
