I've rebooted several times already including holding the home and power buttons and sliding Off using my nose.

Screen is almost correct but then zooms out so to speak. Everything on the periphery disappears into the border.

"pinching" does nothing. Switching apps briefly brings it back to almost normal but then it zooms out again.

Anyone have a solution that doesn't require a trip to the Apple store?

Thanks

Are you saying your ipad is automatically zooming in on web pages and apps? Did you try syncing it with your computer and restoring it?

Yes, even the lock screen and home screen

Haven't been back to the computer yet. Maybe tonight.

Try double tapping the screen with 3 fingers. You prob have zoom on somehow. You can also go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom, and turn it off.

Edit: Shoot. Beat me to it

Yep, 3 fingers.

I never even knew about the tap zoom function beyond the webbrowsers nor have I ever even looked in the accessibility tab lol.

I knew it had to be something simple.

Thanks

comes back to fitting size - thx for the hint...

I was afraid I had to buy the iPad 2 - but now I am satisfied, it works really with three fingers - lol
