iPad screen sharing?

My gf and I will have to do long distance for a few months due to work and school. We like playing games together on the iPad (the crossword in The Daily for example) and I was wondering if there are any apps that will remotely let one of us view the other ones iPad screen (either from the iPad or the computer) so we can play these games together (talking over the phone or what not). Thanks!

Words with friends lets you play scrabble together, using any iOS device, Facebook, maybe more. They do a few board game inspired apps that you play remotely against each other, might be worth a look.

I was thinking more along the lines of cooperative games (like crossword puzzles) and games that aren't necessarily inherently multiplayer.
