iPad Setting Crashes when trying to Update

I am running the latest iOS 9.0 public beta on my iPad Air 2. I checked for update and it showed the iOS 9.1 beta ready to download. When I click on "Download and Install" my setting app crashes and the update does not download.

I have tried a hard restart of my iPad, and it did the same thing. I even tried to reinstall the profile, but the settings app crashed again.

Any advice?
