I ordered an iPad on April 7 through my university, an educational customer of Apple. To this day, no sign of it yet. The originally-estimated shipping date of May 6 has been pushed back to May 23. :(

The people who ordered on Apple.com only need to wait about 10 days. This just confirms that educational customers are treated as second class at Apple!

Anyone else in the same boat?
 
This is pretty well beyond how long they were taking even when they first came out. My guess is that something has gone wrong with your order and that you need to call Apple.

ordered three same day as you, got them weeks ago.

i am also ordering through the education channel.

call and get it fixed.
