I have a problem in that since upgrading to iOS, I'm often getting an error message on my LTE iPad Air saying "No SIM Card Installed". Which is correct, I don't have a SIM card in my iPad.
Is there any way to turn off this frequent message? It's quite annoying. I also occured on iOS 7, but not nearly as frequently.

Thank you

IPad Air -no SIM card installed error

I have been having the same issue. Has anyone found a solution as yet. It is extremely annoying and will interrupt you when you're in the middle of doing something.

Not sure what you can do here. I was reading on another forum that turning OFF cellular data helps but apparently it doesn't. The fix is to actually insert a SIM card. Might be the only way to stop it. It's not like you have to activate it, just installing it is enough.
