Gottabemobile is reporting that the iPad Siri images from Apple's website are taller than that on the current iPhone.
They say that once you add in the height of the iPhone's staus bar plus the height of a notification banner, you get an image that's 1136 pixels tall. The same height as the alleged 16x9 next generation iPhone.

I don't think there's anything to see there.. He took the siri window from the iPad which he said is 922 px, added a status bar that brought it to 960 (which the iPhone currently is). And then on top of that he adds a notification banner in addition to the 960px to bring it up to 1136.

The notification banner has always rolled over whatever is on the screen. Sounds like they added it to the top to get to the size.

i don't really think I want a taller iPhone, would look a little odd.

This doesn't confirm anything, as it's already been more than confirmed by other sources.

Same feeling here, i want it to be more like the ipad so typing gets easier in portrait mode. But i think I'd still buy a taller iPhone just for the bigger screen.

bigger screen is definitely an advantage, I'm just really curious how it will look and feel like to use.
