iPad sitting in processing status since yesterday Does Apple update status on weeknd?

So I ordered the 32 gb wifi on march 8th at 11 am. It is still sitting in Processing Product status and has not gone to Processing shipping status. Does Apple update this status only on weekdays or does it do it on weekends as well

i ordered mine half hour after the store came up. (first time i could get through) on wed and mine is still in processing. I think it has to do with which model you ordered and how close you are to the stock.
