iPad Smart Cover white - thoughts?

Anyone have a white Smart Cover on their iPad have thoughts on how it holds up please? They’re half the price of the others on eBay, not sure why but wondering if it’s cause they fare poorly. I generally keep my iPad pretty clean and the coral and pink sand colors have looked very good with long term usage but not sure how white compares.

I have the white one for iPad mini 5. I'm constantly cleaning and wiping it but it still looks awful. One time I put it on top of a newspaper without thinking and the ink stuck to the smart cover immediately, I was never able to get it off completely. Also the corners of the cover have started to "split", probably due to the constant use of wipes to try and get the stains off of it. So I personally don't recommend it.
