When do you think we will see a dedicated iPad Spotify App.

This would be fantastic, the thread about a dedicated Skype iPad app made me come back to this point.

I have tried asking Spotify this question via Twitter but I've never got a reply.


Really don't understand why they wouldn't create an iPad version, US music services such as Pandora have an iPad version. I've been using the iPhone version but I really don't like it.

So I'm guessing they have no plans at present which is a shame.

People have been complaining about it on their official support forum here but the only real response was just a hint that they are working on it but besides that nothing but the usual blahblah that they can't comment about future software releases.

I've cancelled my premium subscription months ago, the iPad was the only device I could use it on but the upscaled phone app is just too clumsy. My iPhone doesn't support A2DP so isn't an option
