I'm trying to decide between the Slope by Dekke or the MiStand.

Any thoughts?

See if you can find an old Touchstone on ebay. (These used to be used for the old HP Touchpad, which was the exact same size and shape as the first iPad mini. This did the proprietary wireless charging.) Cut the cord off of it and now you have a very nice looking, very effective stand for any ipad for roughly $35-$40.
These things work very well. I still have mine and use it for my iPad. They have a bit of heft to them, so they don't move around. The hinge has built-in resistance, so even after all these years, it is like it was brand new.

Here is a link: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.Xhp+touchstone&_nkw=hp+touchstone&_sacat=0&_from=R40

But that Slope by Dekke, looks pretty amazing! Just don't know how much I would trust that sticky surface?
