All iPads iPad Storage Usage on Average

Does anybody know of a study or any statistics that look at how much storage people use on average? I would guess it is far less than 16gb on average.

I have about 9-10Gb full on my iPad (16gb) and my wife has about 5Gb full (16gb). I keep all my photo library and music library in the cloud, so no need for space for those. I have a lot of apps, and I play games, which takes up the majority of my space. I don't keep movies on my iPad unless I'm going on a trip, at which point I'll put one or two on.

I don't think you can draw any useful conclusions about an average, as every user is different. I have more than 10 GB of music on mine, and that represents a very small fraction of my entire music library. When you add in videos, photos and other data, I'm well over 23GB on my iPad mini. I'm sure many people have much less on theirs, while many have a whole lot more. I don't think any average would be representative of a typical iPad owner, because there is so much disparity between users' needs.
