iPad Store issues

Received an iPad today and then Jail broke it, now any store I go on (iTunes, AppStore, iBooks) is the US store instead of the UK store. Does anyone know how I can change this?

I'm not sure if jail breaking had anything to do with it because I cant remember if the issue existed before I jail broke it.
