good afternoon all

following an update, my iPad has suddenly gone slow :

when typing on "mail" the typed letters only appear with a 5 to 10 sec delay on the screen ..
when selecting a command it takes ages to respond , and the screen freezes for a while
on safari too , urls take ages to be actioned

this sudden slow down occurred after a general update was requested when transferring a sound file from my audio note application (on the iPad) onto my pc via iTunes …it requested me to update a number of applications … which i agreed to … it may have nothing to do with that but i just do not know

can anyone help me as to what i should do to restore my iPad to its normal speed and functionality , or direct me towards some help

many thanks in advance

You did not mention what iPad 2/3/Air, Mini, Mini 2/ Mini 3? You also did not state what upgrade you did? Was it iOS 8? What did you upgrade from?
