Ipad to iPhone video

Hi, in not great with technology so am looking for some help. I'm hoping to work out a way I can use my ipad as a webcam for my baby son's bedroom and stream it to my iPhone in my room. I can work out how to stream it to a computer but my laptop recently died and there isn't room for the desktop in my room. Basically I want to be able to leave the ipad in his room and be able to watch from my iPhone. Is this possible?

Check out iCam - a quick search was able to find this, I'm sure there are other apps in the app store that do similar.

I've tried icam - you can stream to a pc but can't stream straight to iPhone I don't think
