Ipad using with hot spot

Hi ,

I am looking at buying an Ipad 32gb - the one I have seen does not have 3G - I am hoping I can use the Hot Spot feature on my 3gs with this as I do with my old HP laptop ( which works well) Can anyone confirm this works satisfactorily ?

iPad/Hot Spot

I use the Virgin Mobile PEEL and it works perfectly.
