ipad video upside down after being transferred to computer

Hi I have shot a couple of videos with my iPad mini 2. It was fine during playback on iPad but after I transferred them to my computer, the video is upside down (upper and lower reversed) . I'd like to know why it is and can I do anything to reverse back the video to normal? I still haven't deleted the copies of the videos on my iPad
