iPad mini Ipad vs iPad mini for developer

I mostly develop for web. And I use my iPad for testing purpose.
I actually have 3 gen retina iPad. And I would like to move to an iPad mini retina.

From tech specs and view port info seems that scene and resolution proportion are exactly the same. Just is all a little smaller.

Is that correct?
Does wifi only has gps modul?

Nope, you don't get GPS for the wifi iPad - only the cellular version.

As for the other stuff you are correct its the same thing and it all boils down to whether you like a smaller tablet or a larger one.

Yeah, the only reason to choose for the Mini is because it's smaller. It's just a personal size choice. I would prefer the Mini over the iPad.
