ipad w/ flash player.

i'm sure a ton of posts have been written about this topic but im too lazy to find them lol. title says it all, is there a possibility that ipads are gonna have flashplayer? or are they working on it at least? i like to watch a lot of live streams and the only reason stopping me from buying an ipad is because of this. ipads cant watch streams like justin.tv.
