My iPad 2'a WiFi is going and it's 3 months out of its warranty. I'm fairly sure that in the EU the warranty has to be 2 years though. Apple only ever say it's one. Can anyone confirm that?

If not does anyone know how much the replacement will be? It's a 64Gb 3G and WiFi iPad 2

Apple lays it out on the UK site. The EU terms cover repairs for defects present at the time of sale, not failures that occur with use.
