If you are clearly a clueless idiot, you could at least try and not be so definitive about your incorrect answer.

There are multiple apps in the app store which will allow you to use the front facing camera from an iPod touch or iPhone 4 as a webcam for the iPad.

Some have also reported success with plugging in USB webcams through the Camera Connection kit, but only with jailbreak.
