iPad WiFi + Cellular : No cellular

Guys, things are ****ed.

I've searched google and no luck.

can someone please explain to me why my iPad 3rd generation WiFi + Cellular identifies as iPad 3rd gen WiFi?

i checked the model on the back cover: A1430 and the internet says its a WiFi + Cellular.

but when i connect to iTunes it identifies as model type 3,1 which is the iPad 3rd gen WiFi.

What is going on? how is this possible?

I've inserted a sim card in the tray, NOTHING.

still shows that damn "iPad" in the top left corner next to wifi connection.

dfu it with the correct ispw ???? maybe it was flashed with the wrong ispw , if thats possible

take it to the genius

are you using the latest version of iTunes?

can you look up the serial # at https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do


don't have any other ideas

that serial # page will tell you for sure if you have a cellular model or not

Is it connected with a cell data plan? If not, it won't show any cell model details.
