iPad with 3.2, want to upgrade to 3.2.1

I plan on selling my iPad soon but want to keep it Jailbreakable. It's currently on 3.2 and Jailbroken and the SHSH blobs are saved to Saurik's server.
So how would I go about only upgrading it to 3.2.1 so that it can be Jailbroken with JailbreakMe?
I'm on OSX.
