Hi, I will be purchasing my first ever Ipad next week but was hoping for some insight on the following :

- i live in Europe, but travel a fair amount. I was thinking of getting the Ipad that allows data connection through a sim card but am unsure if :

- can i keep changing the sim card per country of travel?
- are there any pay-as-you-go sim cards for Ipad in the US (LA)? if so which are the best value : speed/coverage/price?
- do I need to activate the internet access each time I change sim card or is inserting the active sim card enough (as with a mobile phone)?

Advice is much appreciated,
thank you

Alice
