iPad wont put downloaded video or video podcast in Videos App!!

Whenever i download a movie or a video podcast from itunes, once download complete, the videos never go in the videos app. When it downloads it is ment to go in Videos app but it goes nowhere!

Anyone have the same problem???

Any solutions???
