hey all, I'm going to go out on a limb here. Last night, while watching a very cool show (FOX's John Doe), they showed some clips from last week's episode. Now, I missed it, as I was away at my Mom's for Easter (and her rabbit ears on her TV were NOT in alignment!).
So, how many watched this and saw this "PAD" that they were using??? Now, John Doe is a BIG MAC FAN (he has his 17" iMac,and also what looks to be a 23" Cinema display, don't know what it's hooked up to though). So, if one "assumes" that they are very "mac -saavy" then, what was this little "pad" that they were using? In one shot, when someone turned the pad 90 degrees, it "almost" looked like the "Aqua screen", in that it has the 3 "dots" in the upper left corner.
Could this be the long rumored "extension" device from Apple? Since I didn't tape it, anyone have a tape where one could get some close ups?
This seems to be approximately the size of the rumored "iPad" (I would guess around 8" diag). Could this be True??? Anyone else got any ideas???

Hey I saw that too and was also curious. I have the episode on my comp if you want it. I adore John doe awesome show! :D The season finale ROCKED!
Just let me know if you want it.

ok here's a picture. I had horrible problems trying to get my stupid pc to work... so I hope it turns out okay, sorry its so big. :(

you can't just take a screensohto f video playing i don't think. I know theres a technical reason why not but it has to do with active frame or somethingl ike that.

i think theres software to do that on windows but i cna't remember the name its been so long sincei even used the pc

go look at Sony's tablet PC and see if that's what you saw. It is very Apple-looking, has caught me off guard more than once...

I still think that is a bad name...

Introducing the

Tampax iPad

in small, med, and xl (for those heavy duty jobs).

And I recorded over both glimpses of the thing or I would have dumped it to the camcorder and done a still frame in iMovie.
