Resolved Ipad1: No video being transferred (synced)

Video was viewable in past... not sure what I have done different. but now all video icons and play button greyed out. Tried everything including:

Restarting both ipad and computer

unchecking and rechecking videos to sync in itunes ( only generic video image icon with title transferring and no data)

Deleting content from library and importing back in.

Check video in itunes to see if video was formated for ipad

Anyone have a fix? Thanks

No one has had this issue and Have a fix? I would really love to use my ipad for watching my movies and TV shows on iTunes. This is how I make it through my cardio workouts. Thanks

Restore

You may want to try and do a restore. Make sure to back up all of your information BEFORE restoring the software. Then you can just sync everything you want back to our iPad.

That is the only thing I could think. Might possibly be software related.

EDIT: Did you try a hard reset? (hold power button and home button until you see the apple logo)

Thanks so much Krad for you reply for help. You 2nd suggestion for doing the hard reset worked!! I wish I would have remember to try that two days ago when this issue 1st arose. Thank for taking the time to give your suggestions

Glad I was able to help. A hard reset in most circumstances will help with any issue you're having with your i devices.
