Ipad2 and Mobile maps GPS

I m using iPad2 and purchased a licensed app worth $50 :Mobile Maps India"
Now the problem is GPS is not getting signal . while opening it, App ask to login but i do not know where to login becaue page is blank.

I do not know what to do? Can any one help me to Run my app or provide me some user guide or tutorial or youtube tutorial.I also tried Devlopers Site but No luck !

I m complete Blank at this time...please help

Do you have the Wifi+3G model of the iPad 2? The wifi-only model does not have GPS.
