No. They went with resellers for the iPad one. I don't think that Amazon gets it directly or through the resellers on Friday.

Amazon never carried iPad. I don't think they will for iPad2 either.

I think they just don't want their competitor's (kinda) product at their store. I see no other reason other than this because they sell all other Apple products.
