ipad2 ios5 itunes question regarding videos

i organized tons of videos in my itunes library, including podcasts etc
i like to have them like this so i can easely find them on the ipad as well, assuming apple was going to allow us to play them in itunes rather then switching apps to the ipads video player where all the videos are not organized or can one find them by name.

is there a way to get the videos to show up in my itunes on the ipad again or did apple remove this function altogether now?

To the OP, can you restate your question? It's a bit unclear what you're asking. Seems like you're asking if you can play videos in iTunes. You can. Organize by name? That's the only way that the iPad shows its catalog. Videos show up fine in the iPad.
