I jailbroke my ipad like 4 months ago and i got something called Spire in cydia and then my ipad froze and i cant turn it off or anything and i just want to know if theres a way to delete cydia without doing it on the ipad? cause i was really upset when it froze if there is a way to delete it without doing any damage to it plz send a link in the comments

Go into Cydia and remove the program called "spire".

If that doesn't work you can restore the iOS in iTunes and not be jailbroken anymore.
