iPad iPadOS 13.1.2 iPad won't stop prompting me to "try" Arcade

I just updated to iPadOS 13.1.2, and I am constantly being prompted to "try" Arcade. This annoying pop-up is displayed every 30 seconds. Tapping "Not Now" does nothing to stop the annoying, ever-present pop-ups.

I don't want it... and don't want to be annoyed constantly with this crap.
