iPadOS 13.1 and iOS 13.1 BUG. Set location to NEVER will revert back to default ASK!

Does anyone have the bug/issue when you go to SETTINGS -> scroll down to the app you want location to be set to NEVER (or something else other than the default) then instantly goes back to ASK NEXT TIME!

Oddly some apps that had location already configured previously was not affected.
The issue is on iPadOS 13.1 on my 2nd gen ipad pro 12.9” AND iOS 13.1 on iphone 7.

Anyone else having same issue?

Yes I have this on my iPhone and iPad both running the latest versions, split view is now really really really bad on the iPad too as it’s a total nightmare trying to make a split view window take up half the screen! Then again this window was on half my iPad screen and I tapped the box to reply to your comment only for the keyboard to fail to pop up, I’ve had to make it full screen just to get that to work!

in my personal and honest opinion iPad OS is just as dreadfully bad bug wuss as iOS 11 was! And that version was so utterly bug ridden bad I very nearly ditched Apple! It’s very obviously been rushed out the door unfinished. Because these are glaringly obvious bugs that it has like the one you mention.
