IPadOS 14.7 - Safari still showing home screen bar at the bottom

Anyone else notice this is still a bug? If you open other fullscreen apps the horizontal bar at the bottom of the screen (that normally only appears when you start to swipe up to return to the Home Screen, or to drag up slowly to see all running apps) never goes away. You can see it here at the bottom, cutting through a line of text.
