Hello, dear MacRumors forum.

There is an interesting feature on the Magic Mouse 2 on macOS, the double tap (not click) on its surface triggers the app selector (multitasking view). However, I cannot find a way to perform this same gesture on my iPad Pro.

I know you can access multitasking screen by moving the pointer to the bottom edge, and moving down again. But this is a bit clunky and inconvenient, as I usually reach the edge of my table with my mouse.

I’ve been researching a bit, and I think this is possible through AssistiveTouch. However, I don’t want to have the AssistiveTouch button visible all the time.

It would be really convenient to have a double tap gesture on the Magic Mouse 2 for the iPad, just like we have it for macOS. Do you have any idea on how to implement this? Thank you!
