IpadOS 16 and Comic Zeal?

Hi, long time Comic Zeal user here, my #1 reason for having an Ipad. A user posted on twitter that Comic Zeal no longer works on IpadOS 16. Tried to reach out for more info but not able to verify

Any Comic Zeal users do the update, and are things working?

I just found out by chance that Comic Zeal crashes on startup on iPadOS 16.1 (I was running the beta though). It seems it hasn’t been updated in 6 years though, so chances are the newest update broke it and if it’s not actively maintained it might never be fixed.

Just to add on the general idea, has anybody seen if Chunky comic book reader works on iPadOS 16.1?

Chunky seems to be working fine on 16.1. Even works fine with Stage Manager enabled.
