iPadOS 18.1.1 multitasking

Since updating this morning. Multitasking doesn’t work

i use igloo to chat on irc and it disconnects after a few seconds of switching full screen to another app

anyone experience similar issues?

Is it only this particular app it happens to? Can you see if it has been updated since 18.1 was released?
And did it work in earlier iPadOS 18 versions?
