Is the new home screen in iPadOS unavailable on iPad Minis?

You have to set the home screen icons to small for it to work I believe.

How do you do that?

I can’t get the widgets pinned to the home screen, no matter what I do.

I can’t get the widgets pinned to the home screen, no matter what I do.

Settings/General/Display & Brightness go to the bottom and turn home screen layout to more and turn on keep today view on home screen. It only works in landscape mode....
