iPadOS Public Beta 16.2 RC and Final Release Question

So last week I updated to the Public Beta RC of 16.2. Yesterday, the final release of 16.2 comes out and I don't get the update. Is last weeks 16.2 public beta RC the same as yesterdays final release? Thanks!
