iOS Ipad's database

Hi all, I hope someone could help me out here. Does Ipad has any free database that I can work with? Is sql compatible with Ipad? And how do I set up the connection? Assume that my ipad has no internet connection.

iOS has support for SQLite. You could also take a look at Core Data.
