Hi folks, just need a quick bit of help to a relative newbie :)

I need the following rule to be permanently implemented in the IPFW so that my NAS stays spun down and only wakes when I access it via AFP.

"sudo ipfw add 2 deny udp from any to any 137 out"

I understand that I need to create a script that runs every time I boot - could someone do that for me?
I'm not being lazy, I just know nothing about what I should be doing and anything I find via searches is just baffling me :(

I'd really appreciate anyone's help :)
